Primary Election

• Date: Tuesday, August 4, 2026

General Election

• Date: Tuesday, November 3, 2026

🗓️ Voter Registration Deadlines

• Online & Mail Registration: Must be completed at least 15 days before Election Day.
• In-Person Registration: Available up to and including Election Day at your local clerk’s office.

🗳️ Early Voting

• Early Voting Period: Begins 9 days before Election Day and ends the Sunday before Election Day.
  
• Early Voting Locations: Contact your local city or township clerk for early voting sites and hours.

✉️ Absentee Voting

• Request Deadline: Applications for absentee ballots must be received by 5 PM on the Friday before Election Day
  
• Return Deadline: Completed absentee ballots must be received by your local clerk by 8 PM on Election Day.

🗳️ Election Day Details

• Poll Hours: 7 AM to 8 PM. If you are in line by 8 PM, you have the right to vote.
  
• Polling Locations: Find your polling place using the Michigan Voter Information Center.(FEC.gov)
